The drive is loaded with the following U3 programmes: cruzerSync synchronization software, signupShield password manager and AVAST antivirus software.
It measures 7mm x 20mm x 57.1mm (D x W x L) and is compatible with Windows 2000, SP4 and XP Windows 2000, SP4 and XP.
Kingston stops selling U3 products

Sources at controller IC design houses had mentioned that SanDisk charges companies a 5% royalty fee for adopting the U3 platform in accordance to the volume shipped.
Verbatim enhances its Store 'n' Go USB product line

Verbatim Corp. has announced enhancements to its Store ‘n’ Go product line of USB (universal serial bus) drives. The company has launched a new 12 GB (gigabyte) hard drive, in addition to a new 8 GB flash drive, the company said last week.
Verbatim ships its Store ‘n’ Go U3 Smart Drives with eight preloaded U3 applications, the company said. The hardware and software combine to provide a solution for consumers ranging from business users and professionals to students and families who share a computer, Verbatim said. Capacities of 8 GB and an updated U3 Launchpad for Windows Vista are expected in the first quarter of this year, the company added.
