AppSnapper - Automatically links documents to U3 installed applications and cleans up after PC crashes
AppSnapper links documents to applications located on U3 smart drives. When a document is launched, AppSnapper intercepts the launch and automatically directs it to the appropriate U3 smart application stored on the smart drive. With an AppSnapper “snap,” users never launch an application on the host computer.
In addition, AppSnapper also includes a utility called CrashZapper™. If a PC crashes while a user is using a U3 smart drive, CrashZapper checks the system to determine if the computer crash caused any information to be left behind on the host computer and if so, it cleans it up.
CrashZapper is a $9.95 utility included free with AppSnapper. AppSnapper is $9.95 and can be installed on up to three U3 smart drives. Volume licensing is available for corporations and universities and other large sites where anonymous computing on widely accessible systems can sometimes put data at risk.
